View source for Sarog and the Sanctuary

A man named Sarog has been identified as the leader of the Velsharoon cult known as the Covenant, holding the rank of 'Harbinger.' Other suspected members include Drake Cross and Morgan le Fey.

Sarog appears to be trying to revive the criminal association known as 'Sanctuary,' using the Cult of Velsharoon as the core. He has formed links with Katar Black and the Maskite Temple underneath Cordor. Katar Black, in turn, has links to the Banites.

Sarog has inherited the old Sanctuary guildhouse, which is located in the Old Tunnels of the Cordor sewers. It is suspected that his new 'Sanctuary' group operates from there.
