From ones I called friends and comrades, to those I have helped over the cycles and spoken to. I have now found myself at a crossroads, once more. As one who came to this city, learning of it by speaking with those who witnessed how it had grown over the many years, I came to almsot love Andunor as my own home.

I devoted myself to my House, then to the Temple of Lolth. There were many times I wished to leave, as I stumbled, fell, and even broke as I worked tirelessly for the Temple and it's followers, but I remained. I endured, and I continued... All for the Dark Mother.

But after this cycle's events, while in the middle of a sermon of unity, I and the Temple's faithful were ambushed, and attacked, before the sermon's end. Instead of speaking like normal civilized individuals, House Xun'viir decided to act like the savages that the surface thinks we are and give into their base instincts. 

After much talking and speaking, though I was offered the Arch-Priestess role after the dust settled, I declined it. Not out of disrespect to our Great Lolth, but because the many speeches and sermons I have given of unity, one I thought was finally resonating, not only with our people, but of Andunor as a whole... was spat on.

I now see that my words were just that, words. Ones that individuals such as Xun'viir do not abide by. They would rather see the district, the temple, the city... weakened.And for what? So they can hold the Temple.. again? After they were previously outed from it. And so, the Temple of Lolth will once again, fall into disarray, but it is no longer my problem.

I now see why many people within the city have issues with the wild rothen Zyndaris. A beast who breaks her vows then spouts excuse after excuse to hear her own voice.

In any case, to all the friends and allies I have met over the months, and the loyal followers of Lolth I have spoken to... I wish you luck in your future.

I, Zirythra Briz'zek, depart for lands much more sane than this.
