View source for Official Decree: The Banites of Lake Minmir

The Banites to the North have pressed a blow upon us this day. Our noble burial ground now lies stained with the blood of our kindred, desecrated in death and their foul holy symbols. The damage done will take nearly a year to repair physically, and a lifetime for our hearts.

And so, this I decree. For every drop of blood we have seen shed on our noble ground, we will seen that many banite warriors slain, until their foul temple is finally destroyed. We will not forgive nor shall we forget.

Any Banites you see on the wildlands or about the forest must be slain. But bring me their heads. Those that follow tyranny will soon learn the true meaning of fear for what they have done.
