Upon the eighth month on the first day at the tenth hour, Dragons were observed attacking the city with various boulders, claiming many lives and injuring many more.

By the decree of Lord Trintiren Elraiendel, all civilians are to remain indoors until the crisis is averted. Sentries have been placed to the top of the Great Tower, remaining ever observant for their next sighting. At any sign of their warning beacon, this declaration will become mandatory and all citizens shall be moved by the guard into all indoor locations. For the safety of those who have sworn to protect you, this is mandatory, heed their words.

Remember, fair citizens of the fair city, do not hesitate, do not fear. Stand strong together and all shall be overcome. For as Tel'Quessir, we hold the power, grace, and skills to keep the land united, protected and forever mighty. Together, we shall overcome this dire threat and show to this isle what powers we hold and how fiercely we shall defend what we must protect.
