Sibayad At Sunset (Painting)

From Encyclopedia Arelithica 3.0

This painting is overlooking the market of Sibayad, the setting sun casting long shadows. The market stalls and tents are colorful, with many small signs depicting their wares, and tables filled with their colorful goods. Vendors, merchants, customers, slaves, all mill about the scene. Some seem to be arguing over prices, others moving from one place to another, others still just browsing. There is a large variety of people, but humans dominate the populace. A few elves, a dwarf or two, and some hin are the less-than-unusual. Slinking along the shadows a pair of Drow walk, and near the towering stands of the Arena a minotaur and an ogre seem to be moving towards it, casting glares at one another. At the far end of the market a few ships sit in the port, unloading their wares. A keen eye would pick out that one of the ships unloading, all the sailors have Sencliff tattoos. Others mill about the docks, looking over the incoming Wares.

The bottom of the painting is signed simply with a picture of a white hare with a hare-sized bow and arrow at its feet.‏‎
